1. I see that Rita Wedding Studio is a team, how does that work?
As we know, alot can happen to ONE person. If you hinge your entire wedding day experience on them, and something happens to that person, you are left with whoever they can find. THAT is why we have a team of professionals who are RWS certified.
Everyone in Rita Wedding Studio has a common mission, 3-12+ years as a wedding photographer, and above all else want you to have the best wedding day.
2. Can I see a couple of full galleries?
YES! Shoot us an email and we will be happy to send over a few galleries for you to look at! hello@ritaweddingstudio.com
3. Who will do my engagement session?
Your wedding photographer will have your engagement session with you so you two can get to know each other! A huge benefit of an engagement session is that the couple gets to know how their wedding photographer poses them so you know exactly what to expect!
4. What is included in a WEdding Photography package?
All Wedding Photography Packages come with unlimited access to your wedding photographs. Meaning you can download all of the edited photographs and order them from wherever you like!
All packages also come with a pre wedding day consultation where we make your wedding photography timeline!
5. How do you keep your photos safe?
When we get home from weddings we backup all of your wedding photos onto a hard drive and cloud. We also keep them on a memory card until 30 days after gallery delivery day. I am very OCD about this and you will be thankful! No lost photos here!
6. I want to get in touch with you to ask questions, how can I reach you?
Our office hours are Tuesday-Friday 12pm-5pm as we shoot weddings most weekends. Send us an email and we will reply ASAP!
7. How many photos do you average per gallery? When will I get My gallery Back?
Imagine a gallery with TONS of candid's sprinkled with beautiful posed photos. Our average 8 hour wedding day is anywhere between 600-1200 edited photos per gallery! You will get your entire gallery back within 60 days!
8. How do you guide us/pose us in front of the camera?
We direct you every step of the way so you know exactly what to do! NOTHING is worse than standing in front of the camera and not knowing what tha heck to do. We are your posing guide! We want you to have an AWESOME experience from beginning to end!
9. How do you help us prepare for the wedding? Will you create a photography timeline with us?
This is important to make sure the day goes super smooth! We create a photography timeline with all of our couples within 30 days of their wedding/elopement date. This is a 30 minute consultation call that is super valuable and will reassure you that everything is going to come together beautifully.
10. Will you give us all of the RAW files from the wedding day?
There are a few reasons why you don’t want the RAW files. One being you can’t open them, they are virtually useless without the right software. Also, this is our art and you pay us to cull through the 5k plus photos taken on the wedding day and professionally edit each photograph. We do not offer RAW files for this reason.
11. We are really awkward in front of the camera.. Is there hope?
YES! There is hope! We promise to guide you, direct you, and tell you exactly what to do in front of the camera. We typically don't photograph models. We photograph REAL people who don't know what to do!
We will reassure you and direct you with attention to detail so you get the couples portraits and amazing wedding party photographs!
12. Can you send me your packages?
We make a custom package for our couples. Not a one size fits all approach. Our couples appreciate this. Email us and we will make you a custom package!
13. Once we inquire do you hold our date?
No. The only way we hold your wedding date is if you submit a retainer. We get many inquires a day so to keep it simple, we require a retainer to mark your date on our calendar.
14. What makes RWS different from other photography companies?
The experience. We aren't in this for more likes on Instagram. We are here for you! We take the time to get to know you and plan all the details that make your wedding day stress free. We want you to soak up every second of the wedding day while we document. We ALWAYS prioritize you ENJOYING your wedding day!
15. What is the booking process like?
We make a custom package for you, we have a zoom meeting or a phone call to make sure we are a good fit/vibe for what you are wanting, then you submit a retainer! Easy peasy.
16. Are you insured?
Yes! We are insured with the Professional Photographers of America Association. We are happy to send over insurance information to your vendors!
17. HOW MUCH ARE YOUR WEDDING AND ELOPEMENT PACKAGES?
All our packages are custom! The starting price of packages are $3k
18. What if we decide to elope? Can we change our package to an elopement package or an elope now party later package?
YES! We absolutely can! We will send you a series of questions so we can get all the details we need to make your elopement special and unique to your relationship.
